I returned to the Messe for a concert of world music including an incredible group of drummers from Burundi and some pretty ropy German hip-hop, as well as some general wandering round the site.

My impression thus far was of a vast amount of highly competent mainstream stuff, well-done. A more easily definably �fringe� would have been welcome.
